Shipping Times & Processing
At Flodip, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on the product type and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page and should be reviewed before placing your order.
Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (unless otherwise stated).
All domestic (U.S.) orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days, with a maximum delivery time of up to 5 business days.
Shipping Time: Usually 2–3 business days, depending on the destination, with a maximum of 5 business days.
Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items: These may take longer to ship. Estimated timelines will always be stated on the product page.
Tracking Numbers: Tracking information is provided once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders. There are no hidden fees, regardless of product weight, order size, or shipping method.
From time to time, select products or promotional offers may highlight this benefit again, but free shipping will always be applied to your entire order at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery.
Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
Currency Conversions: All product prices listed are in USD unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion or transaction fees may apply depending on your payment provider.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an item is marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, Flodip is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact their local postal service or shipping carrier for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate at checkout. Flodip is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Non-Delivery Claims:
If your tracking status shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Delayed or Partial Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped in separate packages due to inventory locations, vendor policies, or warehouse logistics. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and notification.
Shipping delays caused by courier backlogs, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates during high-volume seasons such as holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
You can track your shipment directly through the shipping carrier’s website or through your order dashboard on our website.
